La Traviata ( The Fallen woman )  is maybe the most famous Opera written by Giuseppe Verdi on a libretto by Francesco Maria  Piave based on  La dame aux Camélias   a play adapted from the novel by Alexandre Dumas fils. To honour the 200 years from Verdi's  birth this year,  last 7th of December the Teatro alla Scala in Milano opened its famous operistic season with this beautiful opera .

 Among all the singers who played Violetta,  Maria Callas was for sure the one that with her charisma and pure voice contributed to elevate the character of this heroin of Verdi to the icon she is still today . Maria Callas was said she didn't play Violetta , she "was " Violetta .

To honour the atmosphere where at trait with  lighthearted amorous joy and at  trait with all the desperate awareness of  a lost love, the sensitive soul  of Violetta a kept woman  hopelessly in love with Alfredo although seriously ill and fiercely opposed by Alfredo's father ,  moves , Belle Roussel released this fantastic limited edition Christmas complete outfit called precisely La Traviata.

MWV finale was for sure one of the main events of this season and all the best designer of the grid concurred to realize the gowns for the contestants.
One of the most suggestive formal gown was the one realized by Violator for Miss Finnland Annough Lykin called  For My own Lust .

This dress here displayed in the redblack version is available also in Iceblack, lightblack , Pink black. It comes with its own jewels coordinated to the dress .

Looking in the mainstore of one of the most complete designers of the grid Christy  Hamer of Glamour Style I found this delicious dress called Brigitte ,  that is sold in four  separate versions to  meet  every exigence of fashion.

Here I present the third and last outfit I prepared for the Boulevard casting . It Is a malicious mix and match from several outfits created by Eshi Otawara a designer I love since my very modelling beginning .

The concept I wanted to express was a couture although not too conventional look something that could give the impression of being able to play with the items .....

....... in short words something alluring but not boring . And I think I reached the effect I was looking for , all merit of Eshi's genious !!!

Orient Express

Sunday 21 st of Agust I partecipated to the Boulevard Agency first casting .
We had to style 3 outfits and my first choice was an orient flavoured one . I fell in love with this dress from Zaara as soon as I saw it .....

.... so I built the outfit around this simple although refined gown of great emotive impact .

A large hat over a simple hairstyle and a fur stole helped me to create the oriental allure I was looking for .

Last but not least the suggestive jewels of Hyatt and a make up reminding of henne flavour gave the final touch.
